Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your view, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Abaco Polarized eyewear, you can return or exchange your sunglasses within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure trackable delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place your sunglasses in their original protective case and box to prevent damage during transit, then affix the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
